SMS Notifications

CareGentleOS sends SMS notifications to caregivers and agency staff for operational purposes, including scheduling, shift offers, assignment confirmations, and compliance reminders.

Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number during onboarding with their agency and explicitly agreeing to receive SMS messages related to their work.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
